The Strange Coincidences Archive

Marg Locking, age 82 submited a coincidence back in 2004 saying that almost every time she looks at the clock it displays 2:22 or 11:11. She was wondering if this happens to anyone else.

Several years ago, when I looked at a clock its almost always said 7:34 or 11:34. I was in a relationship with someone and after several months into the relationship I started to questions the other persons intentions. Thats another F’ed up story.
So anyway… I confronted them with my doubt, we got into a fight and broke up… About a week later someway or another we got back together.
THAT is when I started noticing 7:34 and 11:34.
NOW….7:34 and 11:34 both spell hELL(or hEL) when read upside down.
Now this would happen virtually EVERYDAY!!! Id say about 6 or of 7 days. and most of the time 2 or 3 times in the day.
I took that as a sign that it was a mistake to get back together.
The clock thing carried on for as long was we were together which was 5 years. We both needed out of the relationship.
It wasnt until a week or more later when I looked at the clock and it registered 7:34 and realized JUST then that it had been a long time since I had seen it. Guess it WAS linked to the relationship!

My 1st period math teacher is the luckiest person that I have ever met. She always wins contests and such, but I want to tell you those stories specifically. I swear that this is all true.
Mrs. D. tells us about her bazare experiences first hand in great detail. One day, we were talking about halloween when she told us that at her teacher parties, she always wins best pumpkin and best dressed. In fact, she won them both three years in a row! Also, her second period class, (the period that picture money is due, contests happen, ect.) her class won the only school wide fundraser yet. Then, this is the abselute strangest part, she told us one day that she went to a classy party over the weekend. She said that there was a big glass ball filled with marbles at each table. She made a random guess. She was only off by three marbles. During the same party, there was a raffle, and you guessed it, her number was called. Right afterwards, some people next to her were talking about how lucky she was. One of the men next to her asked hr to “Please touch my ticket”. She reluctantly agreed. Then, the person next to that guy said that he wanted his ticket touched also. So, just like the first one, she said yes. No joke, right after, they were called up for the raffle, in the same order that she touched there tickets! Also, her picture was featured in every issue of the school newspaper.

My mom, Tracy, and her best friend, Tracy, are as closer than anyone can imagine. As they became friends, they learned freaky coincedences about each other, they also had more freaky coincedences happen to them. Just listen to their bazare stories.
Their names are the same, for beginners. They also have the same personalities. They both had their first kids in 1995, taking them to the same private school. Both of their kids were silly and smart, getting into accelarated classes. To get more strange, my mom had once gone to a magic show and was volentered for a card trick. About a year later, her friend sat at the same seat, at the same show, and did the same card trick! Also, one day, just out of the blue, my mom said that she wanted to go to the doctor’s because of a strange lump on her left hand. The other Tracy replied that she had a bump nearly identical to my mom’s! They pressed their hands together and their strange bumps both touched perfectly semmetric!

This happened on the second weekend of December, 2005. My husband and I were travelling from the UK to Holland on a work shopping trip, going on a coach via the Channel Tunnel (travelling out on the Friday). At the Tunnel terminal there were delays so we had to take a later slot. We were milling around in the concourse and our slot was called so I started walking back to where the coach was parked. As I was walking past some other coaches, someone called me : it was my mum’s ex-neighbour from our hometown, 100 miles away. She was going on a different trip to Germany.

That was weird enough but it gets weirder. This weekend just gone was the second weekend in December 2006. I made a spur of the moment decision, on Friday, to go and visit my mum, 15 miles from where I now live. After I had been there about an hour, there was a knock at the door, it was my my mums old neighbour again : she was in the area and just popped by on the off-chance mum was in (she rarely sees mum). I worked out that not only was it the same day and same weekend a year later, but about the same time, approx 1.30pm. It was the first time I had seen her in a year, since our chance meeting at the Channel Tunnel.

Theres one more bit to my story. On the Sunday of this weekend (December 10th 2006) I went to mums again because my sister was visiting and we swapped Christmas presents. I told my coincidence story that I just described above. I noticed that my nephew was wearing the Scooby Do jumper that I bought him for Christmas last year, and I thought, ah that’s nice. Then I realised that that jumper, along with the cardigan that my other nephew was wearing, were both bought by me for them for Christmas at a Hypermarket in Calais on the way back from the Holland trip : on the Sunday.

My grandmother`s house is #202 in Zimbabwe.I came to Japan and I live in apartment 202.One of my Korean friends lived in 202 but returned home and my other Korean friend still lives in 202,all different apartments.
Big coincident!!

Well ok, this is probably the strangest series of events, that have occurred in my life so far. Well i was on a certain social network site, and i decided to request a bunch of random, local female members, to be my friends. Kind just went browsing, looking for interesting looking girls, and requesting friends with them. Ok, 3/4 of the people i requested, turned me down. Out of the ones who accepted, 1/2 of them pretty much ignore me (lol). But one of the girls that does actually talk to me, turns out we have a crazy hidden history going on. Now the city i live in is not a large city, by any means, its population is about 175,000 people. But you tell me if you think this is just a bizzare series of coincidences. Ok, so it seems like everyday, we find out some new freakin connection, The first ones dont seem all that unique, but put together as a whole, its very strange. Turns out, we went to 3 of the same schools, at different times. One of these schools is alternative education, so its not really a mainstream school, where all the other students are. No big deal right? Well ok it starts getting progressively, weirder as it goes. As we continue to talk, we find out we also lived in the same apartment complex as each other and also one of her children goes to the same day care i went to. Keep talking, turns out we also had the same job, at a small catering service, only months apart. Also her mom worked with my dad, in the early 90’s during wich we possibly could have met at a christmas party. Doesnt end there, my mom worked with her stepdad, also in the early 90’s, and the girl i am talking about also works at a place in a neighboring city, where my mother had the same job, a year prior. Thats still not the end, turns out one of her early childhood friends, was also the brother of my best friend from the time. It freaks me out, just thinking about it. I cant really remember actually ever meeting her, but both of my parents remember, the corresponding people involved in her life, and both my parents remember meeting her as a child. What are the odds that this is all coincidence? Is she my soulmate? How can two people come so close to meeting, so many times, and yet never manage to actually do it until by a random chance, on a website filled with millions of people? I really need some help here, i like this girl alot, but it seems so strange that my soulmate would already have 3 kids, but we do have alot in common. Too weird.

2 Months ago while I was visiting a hospital (I`m Medical Sales Representative) I met a patient( Lady )who takes my 2 hands and said to me : This year it is very special, the day of your birthday you
will win something or something very important will be happenning.
I ask her why? you were born on a saturday 1967 and this year 2006 your birthday will be on a saturday !

Alright I said , very sceptic !

Coincidence the day of my birthday, my brother calls me, his wife just had the baby and on top of that he`s born at the same time !

Talk about strange since then , I don`t know what to think !

my daughter was born on 12/11/05 at 3:33pm (time on the birth certificate) and then exactly 2 weeks to the day at 3:33pm (time on certificate again) my grandmother dies on christmas day. weird huh?

im recently had a new company van 4 work,after 2 days i realised that the last 3 letters of the reg where FAU, identicle 2 my girlfriends car!!!not only that but the first part of the reg is WJ56. . my name is wes,my girlfriends name is jo and im 27 and she’s 29!! add them numbers up??? this is no coincidence. . .

For my 21st birthday this year my boyfriend bought me a holiday to Taba in Egypt. At the time I worked in a Mexican restuarant and a friend of mine worked in an Italian restuarant next door. One day I went to the Italian restuarant to borrow something when I saw my friend. I hadn’t seen her for a while and began to chat. I told her my boyfriend and I were going to Egypt in a couple of weeks. Shocked she said that her and her boyfriend were also going to Egypt in a couple of weeks. After this I asked her what part of Egypt she was going to, Taba she replied. The same place as me! She then told me she was going to stay in the Sea Star hotel, the same hotel as me as well! SAME TIME, SAME COUNTRY, SAME LOCATION, SAME HOTEL! We had no idea each other was going, an amazing coincedence and an excellent holiday!
