Today i just realized that when my ex and I were going out which was back in early febuary (which obviously didnt last for long). Everyday that we went out i would at some point in the day look at the clock and it would be 11:11 either am or pm. I just found it very weird since you’re suppose to make a wish at that time.

I Go to a small high school where there is little drama. i was at jazz band practice one night and we were wondering what would happen if someone threatened to bomb the school and if it has ever happened before. The next day there was a bomb threat. We were locked in our school until 5:00 pm. it was strange

During last summer i was dancing in my aunt’s living room. Her friend josh was there and he said “do you like Journey?” and i told him that i have never ever listened to them and he said “well i wll get you a cd” That night we went to a steak house in downtown Des Moines. i saw something shiny in the grass so i walked over. It was a mixx Cd labeled “Journey’s Greatest Hits.! I was astonished. Aparently god wanted me to listen to journey that day.

some years ago when we were still young we spent some weeks of our summer in our moms province. And most of the time theyd play
an ABBA VCD which played over and over again in the house. Then me and my brother decided to go buy some snacks down the grocery
just a few meters down our house. and we would usually sing along with abba songs tripin just for fun. Then entering the grocery
we walked along the aisle scanning and all of a sudden out of the blue i just sang the phrase “Chiquitita you and i know”
from the abba song chiquitita only to find out that at the exact same moment I started to sing my brother sang the same thing!!

We looked at each other in disbelief and laughed. imagine the probability of that happening!!

Okay, one time I was reading this billboard ( out of my peripheral vision) and i thought that the billboard said ” Eat more chicken”, like for a Chick Fil-a sign. It really said ” Beat Morris Chestnut”( it was for a gym membership and they were saying that you could be buff and beat him at arm wrestling). Then, like a week later, it was replaced with a Chick Fil-A sign that said ” Eat more chicken”. So it was like I saw it before it was there.

I have had been witness to several ‘coincidences’ in my 52 plus
years on this earth. This one happened just yesterday….

My daughter is a good photographer and we have been trying to encourage her talent My wife told me about a photographer here in Texas who also does some work in our city. She was telling me about this lady’s website, and I asked her for the web address. My wife told me that she thought it was ‘JenniferTaylor.com.’ So, as I looked up the website she corrected herself and said that it was ‘JenniferTaylorphoto.com.’ Well, much to our surprise, the first website was for a Jennifer Taylor who was also a photographer….not in Texas, but in New York City! Maybe particular names encourage particular professions? Hmmmm…..

When I was pregnant with my son, his father and I always seened to look at the time when it read “11:12” both in the morning and evening. We pointed it out almost daily. My birthday is 11/12 so we found this particularly strange. My son was born on 11/21. Pretty close huh :)

When I was a kid, I was at a waterpark. Since I never met a stranger, I struck up a conversation with woman who had a little boy. It came to me, clear as a bell, that his name was “Ashley.” We had a family friend with a son named Ashley, so I had known a male Ashley before. Guess what that little boy’s name was at the waterpark? That’s right, “Ashley.” I never forgot that. It was my first brush with being just a little bit “psychic.”

Yesterday, I was at dinner with my mom and her friend. We got to talking about if they had ever used an outhouse. My mom’s friend mentioned, that in the old days, her family had joked that the outhouse was just for all “their half-assed relatives.” Today I was reading a book about roadside oddities. In one of the photos, there was an old, broken-down toilet seat as part of an attraction that had written on it, “all your half-assed relatives.” What are the chances of seeing the same strange phrase twice in 24 hours?! I can also think about a particular episode of a TV show and I will usually see it within a day.

The other day I got out of the shower and started humming some notes. I decided to try and put some lyrics to it, so after a few minutes of trying different lines, I settled on “There was a train, in the Ukraine”. After that, there was one more line I needed to finish it. After thinking up a few different ideas—I settled on “killed a family of four”. (I’m not a morbid person, but a crash was the only thing that I thought would be interesting involving a train).

The next morning I was watching CNN, reading the ticker running across the bottom of the screen. After about a minute of watching I see the headline stream across—“Ukranian train collision kills six”.

It turns out that the train hit a passenger a bus, and I’m not sure if any of the victims on the bus were related.
