I went to the gym and worked out last night. Chest. And, of course, my chest hurts today (it’s a good hurt, though). Anyway, I was washing my hands, thinking about a line from a comedian named Monique – I had seen her on TV in a stand-up show called “Queens of Comedy,” and had downloaded a couple of her skits about 6 years ago. Anyway, I was thinkig about her skit, “Self Esteem,” the patr when she says: “My chest hurts you smart motherf———r!” I laughed to myself.
I then went back to my office and started working at my computer. Before doing so, however, I opened my iTunes window and clicked “play.” I have it set up to play the songlist randomly.
From over 1,000 songs/soundfiles, the first one to play was the “Self Esteem” skit from Monique’s stand-up routine.
This same thing happened to me with another song last week.
Coincidence? I think not. But I don’t know what it means, either.

I volunteer at a young girls art program.
There was a girl who was very rude to me in the program.
I was always very nice to her but she kept giving me attitude.
That night I talked to my boyfriend about it and how much I wished
she wouldnt come to the program anymore so i wouldnt have to deal
with her crap.
The next day at the program, I found out that the mean girl couldnt
come anymore!
No more disrespect from her!

I had a dream the other morning that I was in my father’s new house in New York (I live in California). Anyway, in the dream I walked outside of the house and noticed U.S. flags everywhere – on his roof, on the lawn, on our cars in the driveway. As I am not the most patriotic person in the U.S., I awoke not knowing what this dream meant.
Later that morning, I called my Dad in New York, and, after a conversation about real estate, I related my dream to him. He thought it was sort of a strange dream, as did I. We hung up.
Dad called me back a few minutes later. He told me that when he had hung up the phone, he told his girlfriend about my dream. She quickly pointed to him that he was wearing a U.S. flag polo shirt.
With the time difference, all I can come up with is that I was having the dream about the same time my father was getting dressed for the day. Somehow, we were connected at that moment.

all day I was thinking about the number 69’s meaning. I knew that later that evening I would be seeing a friend and that she would be able to give me some insight. when I saw her at the function I asked her and she merely stated that it was the sign of scorpio. well, later, during a break, I saw her again, but this time noticed that she was wearing a patch on her jacket that said 69.

wow, this is my third post. today (8–4), someone reminded me of this sight. it has been almost two years since my original post. today, in looking for my original post, I randomly clicked on 38, and there it was. makes sense, I would have been 38 when I wrote it.
any way 64 still follows me around. I went to the beach a couple of months back. it was very crowded as california beaches are. it took a long time, but I was finally able to pay and enter the parking area. a few weeks later. noticing the ticket on the window, it read 6/4/06. No big deal, however, the ticket number was some long number ending in 64. again, this is but one example. ask me about taco bell, my atm card that was lost to only be replaced by a new number, ending in 64. a compass that pointed to 64 when I picked it up, show seat tickets, etc.
cool stuff,
john

Before my mother became ill in March 2004, the day after my birthday I was stunned by a few coincidences; horrible ones at that. The Friday before she had her funny turn at work, I was in my daughter’s reading class in primary school. Everyone present was startled when the woman sat next to me had her mobile phone ring to the tune of the death march. I mumbled to my girl ‘That’s morbid!’ Some one else present said something, and the woman was just as shocked. She swore she never had that ring tone on there, and her children must have been playing with it. Then after my mother died she was taken to Llandough hospital. One of the women at her old works asked for my phone number to arrange her last wages. I gave it to a neighbour of my own, who also used to work with my mum. A few days later she called me over and said the lady had been trying to ring me, but kept getting through to Llandough hospital. I didn’t believe her, till I realised the woman had misdialled one digit from my home number and it really DID ring through to Llandough. I could tell you a few more but I’ve gone on for quite enough. I’ll end with just one of my mother’s motto’s, “from the moment you’re born, your days are numbered.” She was a great believer in fate.
