About ten years ago my husband and I were working at a nuclear plant in Brownville, NE. Originally our family was from a town 300 miles or so away in Marion, Iowa. We both befriended a man who worked at the plant as well. However, he rented an apartment for the work week and returned home to Marion, Iowa on the weekends to be with his wife and children. After discussing town, street and address, this gentleman’s residence was NEXT DOOR to our daughter and her family.

I was on this site yesterday killing some time and out of nowhere, my mom called me ONLY to tell me that she had discovered ANOTHER coincidence between my relationship with my boyfriend and her old friends which we discovered just a few weeks ago. The original coincidence was that my boyfriend’s brother’s wife’s sister was married to friends of my mother and father. They discovered this at a party. That’s not such a huge coincidence, but she had called me, while I was on this page, to tell me that the wife’s sister owns the daycare directly next door to my church, and my cousin’s baby goes there! This is remarkable, because my family, and my boyfriend’s family live at least 30 miles apart.

A couple weeks (maybe even months)after my boyfriend and I went on ourfirst date (8 Oct 06) he asked me “What was the date of first date?” And I didn’t know off hand, but I new it was the second Sunday in October, so I went back on the calendar and saw it had been the 8th. He got a really thoughtful look on his face and said “Are you sure?” And I said Yes, why? Turns out, 8 Oct was the birthdate of his late wife… she died several years befor ehe and I met…

Last month my sister and I needed to have our prom dresses tailored for the end of this May. We decided to go have it done at a really small “House of Tailoring” downtown from an Asian woman that was good friends with my mom.
A week or so after I dropped off my dress, my brother came and told me that he went to get a uniform tailored, and it just so happens that he saw the little place and got it tailored there without knowledge of the place even existing beforehand

My mom once had a very strange dream about how a famous Russian singer came over to our house and knocked over one of our potted plants. Specifically, one that was in a large, red, ceramic pot. When she woke up, she went to the back porch, like she usually does. And of all of our potted plants… the red one was knocked over! (This is also particularly strange because the mentioned plant was pretty heavy.)

Eversince 9/11 I have at some point everyday looked at the clock at 9:11 either in the morning or at night.

My fiance and I have just decided to get married, but decided on just a quick wedding. We have talked to past few days on the date, mainly working around our work schedule. She had suggested doing in on May 30th, which is a friday (payday, lol). Well when my mom called this morning I told her we was getting married on the 30th. She sacarsticly laughed and said that was the day her and my dad was married on. As if that wasnt ironic enough, the year they married was 05–30-80, and 05–30-08. Being that they have been divorced since 1981, short marriage huh. Kinda gives me cold feet now.

i have heard of strange coincidences of people seeing the same time over and over again. For the past 3 years i have been seeing 9:11 in digital clocks in my house. I told my younger brother about it and he said he had been seeing a certain time in clocks in the house. Guess what the time was? 9:11

here is just the latest one… yesterday I was going to pick up my grandson.I was thinking that I dread the thought of his mother sending me a bunch of plastic bags with Masons belongings. I thought that she should use the halloween bag I bought hinm last year. When I went to pick him up she had all his things put in the blue and orange bag already packed., we laughed about that as we talked about the tootsie roll pop I bought him today. Turns out today she bought him his first sucker.

I have heaps of stories but it’s late so this will do for now…..

Years ago when I was about 18 i had the day off work so I went to visit my best friend who had recently moved out of home to live with her boyfriend.
I had been there for about half an hour when the phone rang. Jane answered the phone and I heard her say “yeah she’s here I’ll just get her” then she handed the phone to me. It was my boss and he said his dad had been taken to hospital so he needed me to come into work straight away. I said sure no problem and then asked how did he get Jane’s phone number? He said he didn’t he rang me at home.

My boss had accidentally dialled “5” instead of “2”. If he didn’t he certainly would never have found me and would not have got to the hospital in time to see his father just before he passed away…..

P.s my family had that phone number for my whole childhood – then my best friend that i have know since I was 2 moves out 16 years later and gets an almost identical number…..spooky!!
