Hi second coincedence from Gloucestershire, England.
My brother and i were travelling in Mexico, Belize and Guatemala last summer. We were getting on a bus to go to an island in Belize and were waiting with a group of people. We got chatting to an English girl and then got on the bus when it came. Later on when we came to a bus stop we had to change buses, she was going to find a hostel to stay in the town so we said goodbye. About an hour later she returned having decided to go on into Belize, and asked if she could travel with us. We said yes and subsequently spent 3 days travelling with her. Her name was Vanessa and it was only about 2days after we met her that we asked where in England she was from…Surrey or something. We told we lived in Gloucestershire, and specified it as near Bristol because generally people don’t know where Gloucestershire is. She said “oh i know Gloucester, i used to go to school in Cheltenham (a town nearby with a famous ladies college). We told her we lived in a small town called Newent. She said she knew it and asked if we knew ‘Elly Cox’. My brother and i were stunned! We knew Elly Cox, she lived 5 doors down from us, used to live in our house, and used to be our sisters best friend before she went to boarding school. How crazy is that? Of all the people we decided to talk to in the bus queue we talked to someone who’d been within about 10metres of our front door!

I went on holiday to Lanzarote (Canary Isles) a couple of years ago and made a good friend called andy who was stayingin the same hotel as myself. After we had returned home we lost touch totally.
The very next year having liked the canary isles so much I thought I would go back again (this time to grand canaria.) Having booked a two week holiday i was there for a while. My rep told me about this place that was something to the tune of “wild west land.” I expressed an interest but there were no places. However on one day there was a last minute cancellation so i got to go.
Who do you think i saw there?
Correct: Andy from lanzarote.
There are many coincidence in this story but the main point is being in that same place at that same time. Under such inprobable cercumstance,.

I have a few that I think are quite interesting… When I was a teenager i went on a Sat outing with a friend and her family in Oklahoma. We were listening to the the radio and the song “John Deer Green” came on by Joe Diffie…(songs about a guy who spraypaints that he loves his girlfriend in green spray paint on a tower) well we were singing along and we past a abandoned building and spray painted in green (exactly what the song says) except it was a building not a tower it said “billy bob loves charlene” Just like the song and while it was playing…freaky…
Another time i was in a random chat room and this guy started talking to me. we got to talking a bit more and he was in kansas.. im from a dinky town in south oklahoma and i told him my home town. turns out he was from there and was a good friend of my brother in law..
my boyfriends mom and stepmom name is Glenda and each have a sis named barbie….........

I wonder if I might be haunted.
—I am 58 and divorced, and all of my numerous relationships involved ladies born in the autumn, mostly the first week of October.
—I have neve lived in Pittsburgh, but most of the women I have dated are from there.
—I was driving north on Rte 13 in Virginia one Easter Monday when I saw a unique wooden sailboat on a trailer pass me by at least twice, maybe three times.
Years later, a friend bought that very boat—the same one—in Boston.
—In Wheaton, Ill, I resided as a child across the street from a fellow who went on years later to become one of my college profs at a small school in upstate NY.
—And years later I worked for a fellow who had attended Wheaton College, and married a gal from the town, who happened to have been—years earlier—my babysitter.
—A NYTimes column mentioned me and a fellow from my high school—though we were about six years apart—in the same column and in the same paragraph. But our high school was outside Philadelphia.
—On a Friday, I had been trying without success to contact a fellow who I had never met, for business reasons, sort of a cold call. The next morning, when I drove to fetch my daughter from summer camp, I met another father. He turned out to be the fellow I had been phoning.
—I was in a very isolated village in Africa. A CARE package arrived. Inside, among the used clothes, were worn football and soccer jerseys from my college.
—This next one is, to me, totally unexplainable, though my statistics prof would likely have proved me wrong.
Years ago, driving along a snowy, backwoods Connecticut road at sundown, I stopped to relieve myself. I looked down and saw a small “town” around a lake.
My kids had always said they wanted to take a lakeside vacation. We had always been seashore people in the Northeast. I told myself, “I better remember the name of this lake, and the town.
Well, I got the name of the lake, drove away and promptly forgot it.
Years later, I told my daughters, “This year, you guys pick your camp. Here’s what you can spend. Here’s when you can go. Here’s the camp book. Pick it yourselves.”|
In August, when I drove four hours from New Hope, Pa., to northern Connecticut, I was amazed to realize their camp was the very “town” I had gazed down upon some eight years earlier on that snowy night.
Yeesh. There are other unexplained crossed wires in my life that I cannot fathom. Oh well,
T

Up until about 15 years ago, I often recorded humour that I heard on the radio, using an old Tandberg reel-to-reel tape recorder. Yesterday evening, in response to a sudden and unexplained urge, I spent an hour rummaging through my store-room, to search for the box containing those tapes. Having found them, I began to record items from some of them onto my computer, for eventual conversion to CDs, so as to ensure they are not lost. One of the items was a sketch played by Ronnie Corbett and Ronnie Barker – to which I gave the title “The Two Ronnies.” I haven’t thought about those two comedians even once for many many years. This morning, reading The Guardian on the web, I came across an article stating that the BBC intended to create new shows featuring The Two Ronnies, for the first time in 18 years. I am staggered! This is an astounding coincidence! But, then, I have been fortunate to experience a great many such coincidences over the 68 years of my life – and it makes me wonder whether I am the ‘sort’ of person (exceptionally sensitive, etc.) to whom such experiences ‘come’, or whether they come to all of us, no matter what ‘sort’ of person we are. Fascinating!!!

i couldnt think of a coincidence to submit, for ive had many in my foggy thirteen years of life, although i do have a thought that “coincedently“pops into my head.one day in 6th period,2:15,there was a substitute that day i took advantage of the situation and begin to mess around with my friends.nere the end of class i got up to sharpen my pencil just to tick off the sub, it was about the 15th time id gotten up to make some random foolish act,but this time for some reason i took the long way back to my seat.as a joke my friend tripped me,i went down fast, and i got punctured in the right arm by my freshly sharpend pencil, like all wounds ,it bled, and it hurt.i then went and got stiches after school.after i got the stiches out i begin to ponder existensial questions floating through my head.every decision has more than one possible outcome,if id chosen to go the other way back to my desk, would i be unhurt?is a coincidence really a coincedence?is it a coincedence that i signed up for that class,or is it the time on the clock or the number of times i got up,or is it that my real teacher stayed home that day,if so then life is one big coincedence,a series of events leading up to one big life changing event,or maybe coincednces are fates way of showing us things.if ihadent fallen and gotten hurt, and i wouldent have realized my every day enigmas.thats my story.

Not sure if this is a coincidence but it is very odd.
I would be talking to people in chat rooms and most of
the men I talked to ended up being from Ohio. Then two
of them that were from Ohio would always talk about either
going to Florida or having been to Florida.
But all the men I talked to were from Ohio. Now that is
what I call strange. If you have thoughts on that let
me know. Oh and this to, my best friends husband is from
Ohio lol.
Thank you

One night, i dreamed of this huge building that was surrounded by people. I was a “detective” in this dream, when i saw a man trying to commit suicide for a crime he had done. I saw his head near a left window of the building. I awoke before he even touched the ground. I dismissed it as something weird. Days later, i was borred so i turned on the TV. There was nothing on but news and commercials about stupid things so i decided to watch the news.(that should be weird by itself) I was beginnig to watch it when it showed an exact picture of the building that i dreamt about. It had all people around it as well. The news said something about a man that had committed a crime long ago and was finally caught. Weird Huh!
