Okay, this one’s sad but strange and true…..
My mother had been sick for 8 months with Colon Cancer. Being an only child, I was very close to her. As a child I remember thinking that it was odd that my mom always told me that she wanted to be creamated when she died. It seemed as if she told me this every year or so and it was odd because she had a will that said so and it seemed that it didn’t need to be said if it was on paper. So when she got sicker and was weeks away from death I stayed at her home with her and her husband. As she suffered more, all I wanted was for her to be out of pain and if that meant that she needed to pass on then… so be it. I sat at her bed side late on night as she slept I saw a glittering figure at the head of her bed. I have been able to sense and communicate with spirit guides before and I tried to tune in to this entity to see if this was her spirit guide. I asked the figure if she was my mother’s spirit guide and she told me yes, and that her name was Isabel. She told me that my mother was going to pass away on May 14th, 2005 and that I shouldn’t worry. I immediatly cried and didn’t want to believe it. But, sure enough 2 days later at 6:30 am May 14th 2005, my mom passed away. Now, you might think that’s it but there’s more….when she passed away, my stepfather went out side to take a breath of air and discovered that her favorite dog, Rusty, had drowned in the pool that morning! My step father asked me that morning, what did she want done after she died? Well, I knew she wanted to be creamated from how she always told me so. Funny how she always wanted me to know that. I guess maybe part of her knew she was going to die young.

This one’s silly but still strange. My mom passed away and I had to clean out her office. My fiance was in town from Boise,( I lived in California) and he went with me to help. We walked up to the front door of her office building and I saw a cute plastic pink bicycle button and picked it up. Delighted by my new treasure I didn’t realize how strange it was that I had found it.( I used to ride my bike there to have lunch with her once in a while) About three weeks later( in Boise,Idaho) my fiance and I were shopping in a thrift store when he was milling through a basket of misc. pins and keychains and he found the same bicycle pin in yellow! I frequently thrift shop and I have never seen anything like it before or after. Needless to say we now have matching bicycle pins we found in two different states! And for our one year anniversary (a week later) he bought me a bicycle!!!Weird.

A friend of mine was hosting 3 guests from Spain at his home and I met them at a party he threw while they were there. 2 days later, I was walking the streets of downtown San Francisco with a co-worker telling her about these 3 guys that were staying with my friend from Spain. Seconds after I finished telling her about them, we turn a street corner, and who do I see walking towards us??? The three Spanish guys! How strange that they were in San Francisco walking the same path as us! Needless to say I spooked my co-worker out.

Hey Ya’ll…

Today my Wife Patricia was going to pick up dog food for our 3 dogs after work. Well, she forgot to get the food. Since I was going to the gym which is right next door to the pet store, I told Patricia that I would pick up the dog food.

When I was in the pet store, I notice a friend of mine from work looking around. As I was looking for the bag of dog food that I needed, my friend walks down the same isle. We both say hi and I asked what he was in the pet store for. He said dog food. I said, yeah me too. We both needed the same food in the same size bag.

This is not that spectacular of a coincidence but it’s worth mentioning.

John.

My husband and I were taking a ride around the country lanes, on his moped, one hot summer early-evening recently. The lanes were completely deserted. As we were riding along we saw a small young red squirrel running back and forth across the right side of the road about a hundred metres in front of us. It kept running back and forth in front of our path so that we had to slow right down, and as we approached it at almost snail-speed we got a puncture and were able to stop safely immediately. That’s when the little squirrel ran off into the undergrowth. Would we have skidded if we’d been doing our original speed? Did the little creature somehow prevent an accident? Who knows. All I know is that I have always especially loved these little fellas, as l love all animals. This incident is ingrained in my memory now.

This is a weird occurance of coincidence. I bought one of those cd discs for my computor, which gives me access to the UK voters register. I tried to use it to find an old friend who lived in Cambridge, but was’nt getting very much luck. To trace on these discs
you have to put in the name and the location, and it comes back with the full address, provided the person still lives at that location.
No joy, so I put my own name in, basically to see how many persons there were in the uk with the same name as myself. It slipped my mind that I still had the village near cambridge listed. It came back with a person of the same name (christian and surname) as myself, residing at the address my friend had been living at. I managed to get a telephone number to see if this occupant may have known where my friend had moved to. I explained who I was and how weird it turned out to be. The lady I spoke to gave me her name and that was the same as my sister, when we had last seen my friend.

Like John Paul Bell further down this page…..
I to get to see the same numbers frequently, on a daily basis.
I get to see the numbers, 48, 484, 84 & 848, all the time anywhere.
Also during the day when I look at my watch, the time is frequently made up of the numbers 1 2 3 4 like 2143 1342 etc.

Hey ya’ll…

I don’t know if any of you believe in spririt guides but here’s my story…

As in a previous post of mine, I mentioned the book ‘Fireworks’. It deals with the concept of spirit guides. After reading this book, I tried to make contact with my spririt guide(s). Since I have this spooky thing going on about numbers, I tried to win the lottery through my SG. I needed to know when to play the lottery. So I asked for a ‘sign’ when to play next. I asked to be shown the numbers 649. 6/49 is the lottery that I play occasionally. Anyways, a few days after asking for a ‘sign’ of 649, I got it. At work we have a form called a ‘Move Ticket’. These move tickets have a 5 digit number assigned to them. I have to record the move ticket numbers as reference. This one particular ticket had the last 3 numbers as ‘649’! That freaked me out totally! I played the next 6/49 draw but won nothing. Hmmmm… it may not work for personal gain. I dunno…

Another freaky thing about that incident, is that I was only filling in for someone else at the time of seeing the move ticket that had 649 as the last three digits. I’m a Flexographic Printer and usually ran (at the time), line #70. The operator on line #71 went home sick and I was sent to line 71 for the rest of the shift to cover for him. That is when I saw the ‘649’ move ticket. If line 71 operator had not gone home sick, I would have never experienced the incident. Spooky…

I was riding with my friend to the Chinese Buffet when we were involved in an accident. We were on a four lane road when a red car pulled out across the oncoming lanes and into our lane. Of course we hit the car and spun it around 90 degrees back into oncoming traffic. The red car had a minor head on collision with another truck which just happened to be my friend’s dad’s work truck. It took a lot off my friend’s mind knowing he didn’t have to explain to his parents how he wrecked his car.
